Another nice night ride. I met Dave at the car park and Jon and Chris were running late so we stood around chatting for bikes for a while. Once they turned up we were soon off and up the big climb. I was a little too hot again and seemed to be struggling but made it in the end. We then did the Climachx trail plus and extra (quite long) descent which obviously led to an extar climb as well.

I never quite got into it tonight, but I'm sure it is all good training. the final descent was good, although Chris was having rear brake problems (i.e. no brakes) by now and took it easy after a bit of a tumble.

A good training ride and i do like cycling at night.
